- Has telephone hotlines, to locate English speaking doctors and contact relatives.
- Provides emergency evacuation back to the United States.
- Will replace lost prescription medications.
- Will fly a family member to be with the insured person.
- Covers the cost of your trip if it’s cancelled for medical reasons.
- Covers chronic health conditions.
- Excludes third trimester pregnancy travel.
- Excludes sports related injuries, such as a skiing or diving accident.
- Requires you to pay doctor and hospital fees and then reimburses you later.
- Covers medical expenses incurred while traveling outside the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico. (Medicare does not).
