Brigitte Mars is an herbalist, author and nutritional consultant in Boulder, Colorado. She is author of Rawsome!: Maximizing Health, Energy, and Culinary Delight with the Raw Foods Diet (Basic Health Media, 2004) and Addiction-Free--Naturally Liberating Yourself from Tobacco, Caffeine, Sugar, Alcohol, Prescription Drugs, Cocaine, and Narcotics Inner Traditions. She has been working with Natural Medicine for over 30 years, and teaches through private workshops and seminars, The Boulder School of Massage Therapy and Naropa Institute.
