* After a six-month bout of dizziness, it got worse when lying down, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. Brewer’s yeast powder (not tablets – they’re too weak) has always had tremendous benefit for my health, so I put myself on 2 tbsp/day. After 4 tbsp of this, my dizziness disappeared and has never returned. That was 18 years ago! I took it regularly for a year and never felt better.
