Reader’s Corner:Mercury removal

Ideas keep filtering through about removing mercury from our body once the fillings have been taken out. One reader suggests eating cooked rye. The rye should be plain, so don’t add salt. Cook it in the oven for a short while, and until it takes on the texture of biscuit-like bread, and then eat away. It should zap the mercury, she tells us.
