What Doctors Don't Tell YouWe misreported one important aspect of the legal challenge to the EU legislation that seeks to restrict the sale of health products. We understood that the Alliance for Natural Health and the National Association of Health Stores had joined forces (finally) to mount a joint challenge.
This is not so, sadly. Each is putting forward its own challenge, and each will be heard on the same day in the same court. Each challenge, of course, needs its own funding. We’re sure they have good reasons not to cooperate, but it sounds like they need their heads knocking together.
