One reader writes in adding to an earlier debate on natural ways of flushing out gallstones. Apparently, she continued to suffer a lot of discomfort and volatile responses to certain foods, despite having flushed out “enormous amounts” of stones. She finally decided to go for the surgery and subsequently found out that gallstones were not the problem as there weren’t any. Instead, it was the gall bladder itself, which was in a very poor and atrophied state that had caused all the pain. So, for those who suffer what they think may be gallstones, it may be worthwhile checking that it isn’t your gallbladder going past its sell-by date.
