If you know about anything, you know about worms. We’ve been inundated with tips and advice for the woman looking for natural worming remedies in Africa.

One person suggests a product called Vermex, a combination homeopathic remedy, available from New Vistas Healthcare in Limerick, Ireland, although this isn’t going to be available as a natural remedy in the heart of Africa, presumably. Local remedies include papaya (or paw-paw) seeds, says one reader, while another recommends fresh garlic. Another also recommends ginger, while one reader adds wormwood, aniseed and myrrh to the list.
