Thanks, but I know when I’ve got a headache

Re the letter from the glutamate people (WDDTY vol 14 no 8): I don’t need a scientific study to tell me that I get a specific headache the size of a golf ball in the middle of my forehead if I’m unlucky enough to eat food with MSG in it. My daughter gets a full-blown migraine.


I wonder if anyone has actually done a study specifically testing MSG and headaches/migraines? – V.J. Kearney, Knaresborough, N. Yorkshire
