Apparently the poison paralyses the facial nerves, so removing or softening the lines on wrinkled faces. It is particularly effective for ‘crow’s feet’ around the eyes, frown lines between the eyebrows, and deep forehead wrinkles.
And if your dermatologist gets over excited, remind him not to inject you below the nose. Your mouth could be permanently paralysed but it would be free of those unsightly wrinkles.
