Berry aneurysm:

One reader told us last week that she has been diagnosed with a berry (or brain) aneurysm. What can she do next? Very little, thinks one reader, other than to prevent it rupturing. Dietary copper is a good supplement that can help reduce this risk. Copper deficiency, our reader continues, is associated with cardiovascular disease, aneurysms, arthritis and other ‘ageing’ diseases, as well as with outward signs of ageing such as grey or brittle hair, saggy eyelids, crow’s feet, and so on. High doses of vitamin C is another supplement that can help strengthen vessel walls, as can the bioflavonoids found in rue, rosehips, and hawthorn berry.
