The ‘clarification’ last time from a reader about the difference between Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) was the wrong way round, several readers have pointed out. So here’s the latest version: TFT was created by Dr Roger Callahan, and was the original technique. It was then simplified and adapted by Gary Craig, a Harvard engineer, who called his version EFT. As we’ve had the two versions now, one has to be right!
