Where can I find Ayurvedic remedy for parasites?

I have read in WDDTY that Pippali Rasayana is excellent for Giardia lamblia. I have searched high and low, but I am unable to locate any. I would be most grateful if you could let me know where I can buy this. I don’t wish to take metronizadole again.- B. Watson, County Down, Northern Ireland
