Hubby’s hips helped by regular exercise.

My husband had a successful hip replacement. He kept mobile before the operation by swimming and using a bike. He made a speedy recovery and was able to walk out of the specialist’s office at five weeks with no sticks at all – all the other patients who had the operation on the same day were still on crutches. We believe it was the determination to keep mobile that helped so much.
